Houzez Property Feed has been live for over two years and is nearing 1,000 active installations. During this time we’ve done 175 releases (that’s over six a month) and have constantly added support for importing from more CRMs and exporting to more portals.
As the plugin has grown, so has the way people use it. Many of you now rely on Houzez Property Feed as part of your long-term workflow and we’ve had regular requests for a way to pay yearly instead of monthly.
With that in mind, we’re introducing a new annual pricing option designed to make billing simpler and more cost-effective for users who plan to stick with us for the long run.
Why Annual Pricing is Better For You
More cost effective
By taking out an annual subscription you’ll essentially get 2 months free compared to paying monthly. This make it a more cost effective route if planning on using Houzez Property Feed for the year ahead.
Less admin
With a monthly subscription you’re likely having to download the invoice each month. With an annual subscription you’ll only need to do this once per year.
Peace of mind
One payment for the whole year means your access, updates, and support are guaranteed. No risk of the plugin stopping because a monthly renewal failed.
How To Buy An Annual Subscription
For new customers
Simply head to our pricing page and the ‘Annual‘ option will be pre-selected displaying the reduced cost and the ability to continue through to the checkout.
For existing customers
Already using Houzez Property Feed and want to switch from monthly to annual? To do this you can navigate to your account area and cancel the current subscription. Then head to our pricing page and take out a new annual subscription.
Note: You’ll be given a new license key upon taking out a new subscription. Please ensure this new license key is then uploaded to WordPress under ‘Houzez > Import Properties > License‘ to ensure existing imports and exports continue uninterrupted.
