If you’re a Houzez Property Feed PRO user, you can login to your account to create a support ticket and access priority support.

Am I tied in to a contract?

We hope that you will be very satisfied using Houzez Property Feed however if for any reason you need to cancel, you can do so at any time via your account. Once you have cancelled, you will not be billed past the end of the current month’s billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Added filter to automatic imports table to filter by active, inactive, format and running now. Useful when there are lots of imports setup
Rename ‘Import Running’ to ‘Import Active’ in import settings to improve clarity
Rename ‘Export Running’ to ‘Export Active’ in export settings to improve clarity
Only process BLM if it’s not empty and log if it is. Previously it would bomb out if it came across a BLM that was empty
