Expert Agent

To create an import from Expert Agent you will need to first follow the instructions on how to create an import.

When you select ‘Expert Agent‘ from the list of available formats you’ll be asked to enter the FTP details from where the XML file can be obtained. These can be obtained by contacting the Expert Agent support team.

If you experience any FTP errors relating to getting the file in the logs when an import is ran, it may be because you need to enable FTP passive mode. This can be done by ticking the ‘Use FTP Passive Mode‘ setting.
