Money-Back Guarantee (First 30 Days)
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on new subscription purchases. To be eligible to receive this refund, you must be a new user and you must cancel within the initial 30 day period. Please cancel your subscription in the ‘My Account‘ area and open a support enquiry to request a refund. We will be happy to refund any cancellations made within the first 30 days of your subscription.
Refunds After the Guarantee Period
Refunds are not available beyond the 30 day money back guarantee period.
For renewals, there is a 14 day grace period after a renewal is charged in which a refund can be obtained.
Cancellations
You can cancel for free at any other time. This means that once the current fee schedule month has ended, you will not be charged again after you cancel. Users are, of course, able to use the plugin until the end of the pre-paid month.
Please note that a cancellation will show as ‘pending cancellation‘ in the ‘My Account‘ area until the end of the pre-paid period.
Chargeback Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a dispute to discuss a reasonable resolution.
Chargebacks should only be filed for fraudulent transactions. If you file a chargeback in violation of our policy, we will submit evidence to dispute it.
We reserve the right to provide all relevant evidence, including your agreement to these terms, usage logs, and prior communication, to dispute any fraudulent chargebacks.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that initiating a dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the termination of your account and future service eligibility.
